I will start with….. What a great year it has been!!!! We sure hope that everyone who participated, had a great time fishing our trail this season.

Hubbard Lake seem to be pretty stingy leading up to tournament day. But with the caliber of anglers fishing this series, they are always going to find the fish.

First Place this week goes to the team of Kaden Dubois and Jack Swihart, with a total weight of 22.18lbs. Im sure you’ve heard their names in the past. These guys not only won todays tournament, they won our last tournament on Houghton Lake too. To follow that up, they placed 4th and 5th in the first two tournaments of the season. Including their $5049 check for today’s win, these two have won more than $11,500 catching bass this summer. Not to mention, they also get the first invite to the Bassmaster Team Championship Nationals tournament in December on Lake Hartwell (South Carolina). Michigan Bass Nation will be rooting for you.

Second place money of $1928 go to Taylor Phillips and Michael LaPointe with a 21.95lbs sack of Hubbard Lake smallies. Good work gentlemen.

Big Bass winner belongs to the team of Craig Ferrell and Dominick Guzzardo with a 5.62 STUD. That puts them in the money for $620. Nice fish gentlemen.

We also need to mention that the second invitation to the Bassmaster Team Championship Nationals on Lk Hartwell in December, goes to another team that had a fantastic season. The team of Clint Joyner and Shawn Vernatter had a great year as well. Clint and Shawn finished 2nd in the AOY standings and stamped their ticket to Lake Hartwell with Kaden and Jack.
