The 2026 Tips up for Troops was a huge success once again. We had a record number of Veterans and Boaters come out for a beautiful day on the lake.

Steve Smith and Royce Knoll managed to pull of an impressive win with their best 5 coming in at 15.27 Pounds. Rick Perry and Michael Decangela brought in the Big Bass for the day (4.56 pounds).

We had several new faces show up to be boaters and fish alongside our Veterans. We put 29 boats in the water this year, which was a record number for the event.

The food was phenomenal thanks to several sponsors. Prizes and product were given away to most everyone. We need to thank everyone who showed up and helped out. Also, a big thanks to Brian Bradford, event chair/coordinator for putting everything together. His staff was great to work with again this year.

Planning for 2027 is already in the works.
