Hi Guys, Appreciate everyone fishing with us this year. For the most part, this is your pre-tournament meeting. If you have questions, I can be reached by phone, or text, anytime.

—We have all done this before, so I am not going to bore everyone with the normal, wear your life jacket, 5 fish limit, etc….. Make sure you have read the rules and are familiar with them(remember, you acknowledged reading them when you signed up)

—We will be launching from the ramp on Tolson Rd(east arm of Hubbard) at 7am. Have your boat in the water and ready to blast off at 7am. The blast off boat, which is the last boat number of each tournament, will blast you off in order AND check your live well. When your number is called, SLOWLY drive by the blast-off boat with your live wells open. Once they give you the ok, you can blast off. DO NOT SWAMP THE BLAST-OFF BOAT! If you are late and don’t make the blast off, you will have to come find me so I can check your live well before you can start fishing. We will always fish until 3pm. If for some reason, we have a weather delay, we will always do everything we can to get our 8 hours of fishing in.

W-9’s have been a big topic this winter. I know some of you have sent me yours, but most have not. Please bring your completed W9 to me in the morning. You will not receive a check from MBN if you don’t have one completed. If your fortunate enough to place in the money this year, the checks will be mailed to your home address you provided at registration, the following day. The check will come to you, in your name from Comerica Bank.

You can use your own bags to weigh your fish. We don’t have any, but if you need one, your more than welcome to use mine, and I am sure there are other guys that will let you use theirs.

We are paying 1 position for every 5 entries. Here is the money;
